Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 & 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and with reference to the captioned subject, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, 13th February, 2024, inter-alia, considered the following business:\r\n\r\n1) Approved the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2023 prepared in accordance with the Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) as per Companies (Indian Accounting Standard) Rules, 2015 along with Limited Review Report by the statutory auditors thereon;\r\n2)Appointment of M/s. Shah Sanghvi & Associates; Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad, as the Internal Auditors of the company for the F.Y. 2023-24.\r\n3) Appointment of M/s. Mukesh J. & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, Ahmedabad as the Secretarial Auditors of the company for the F.Y. 2023-24.\r\n\r\nYou are requested to kindly take the same on your record.
